I am selling my car- the buyers bank wants me sign a limited power of attorney when we make the sale. why? - power of attorney sale

I'm not sure what shape it is and what it means .. or why do I sign up?

It is to trust ... We can sign you need to be signed, with reference to the title ... Make sure it is stated that there is a reference to this vehicle and includes the VIN #. ..

I think it must, if my truck was hit last year and my insurance has me sign up for a limited power, if they are with me. So it can transfer the property.

We have sold many cars and have never had to sign one of them. I would call a lawyer and ask someone.
