Porridge oats in the summer? - do quaker oats need overnight soaking

My wife will kill me if you can not go out to eat 3 kilos of Quaker Oats by porrdige September (I bought it in the winter and never ate all - too lazy to make breakfast). I have the same last year, and I do not want to lose.

groovy recipe ideas - maybe things like granola Birchner - muesli or at home - or energy bars with nuts. I'm trying to reduce cholesterol, so we need healthy ideas.

Pancakes only to unhealthy all that fat and sugar, but are so good, and that is the best: --
12 g butter
6 g sugar
9 oz golden syrup
Molasses 3 oz Black
1 pound 2 ounces of oats
Bring sugar, syrup, molasses and butter to a boil, cook until the sugar is melted and add the oats.

I am a beekeeper, so over the years, I developed a lot of honey on the subject of revenue. I have your Q, and the thought of this - one of my favorites, time, and soooo easy. = P

GRANOLA beekeepers
500g rolled oats
100 g of almonds (or buy sliced almonds, whole or sliced)
100 g desiccated coconut
400 grams of liquid honey
100 grams of dried cherries (or other dried fruits - raisins, apricots and cut both good work)

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Warm honey (standing the bottle in a pan with hot water) as Runni, then mix the dry ingredients: mix well.

In fact, say, like id perfect, you could do to relieve a lot of oats and do something healthy is with them put them in a blender / mixer or whatever you have. Powder. metephorically thats not only talk, of course,


But then Flower oats ... and can do a lot to do and so much healthier than normal flowers ... but it has a different taste.

But you can do things like oatmeal cookies (cake) from oats and all other items used in general for bread flour .... cookies bakeing ... ... Cake, etc. ....
